I have read and agree to all of the following:

1. I am signifying that I am an approved representative of my business and organization and have permission to create partnerships with community organizations.

2. I understand that this partnership can be ended by either party if the partnership is not working.

3. I certify that any/all supply donations brought to my business are my responsibility to get to the shelter as the shelter does not have transportation ability at this time.

4. To support West Valley Humane Society's charitable activities, sponsors agree to make sponsorship payments/donations/service etc to the shelter on a schedule set out in a Sponsorship Plan.

5. Sponsor may identify itself as a corporate sponsor of West Valley Humane Society during the term as provided in the Sponsorship Plan.

6. Sponsor will be a business sponsor of West Valley Humane Society during the term or for the event specified in the Sponsorship Plan. WVHS will acknowledge Sponsor in accordance with our policies and practices outlined on our business sponsor page. We are happy to discuss other ways we can support your business as part of our partnership.

7. Under no circumstances other than sponsorship advertising, will WVHS be expected to endorse or promote a Sponsor or its products or services, nor will any such endorsement or promotion be implied or construed based on WVHS’s acceptance of Sponsor’s payment or acknowledgment or identification of a Sponsor. Sponsor will not state or imply, orally or in writing, that WVHS, or its respective officers, directors, or employees, endorse a Sponsor or its products.

8. Unless otherwise noted, a Sponsor’s business sponsorship is non-exclusive. Sponsor understands that WVHS may enter into corporate sponsorship or other similar arrangements with other companies.
