West Valley Humane Society is a 501(c)3 private, nonprofit, and scheduled admission animal shelter, located in Caldwell, Idaho. WVHS serves Canyon County, Idaho, and helps thousands of animals annually. West Valley Humane Society is seeking a self-sufficient, dependable, and motivated staff who can work with us to provide the best quality of care.

Open for Stray Drop-off and Redemption:
  • Daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Walk-in Adoptions (No Appointment Necessary)
  • Monday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Closed Thursday
  • Thursday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Friday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Saturday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Sunday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Upcoming Holiday Hours
  • Thanksgiving Day: CLOSED
  • Christmas Eve: Close at 3 p.m.
