All “other” animals must have intake forms filled out prior to their arrival. Depending on the species, we may be able to help but do have limitations. Please note that due to Avian Flu concerns, we are not accepting any form of poultry at this time. 

Once an intake form is completed, we will be in touch with you after your form is submitted to create a plan for intake.
