WHY Foster with our shelter? Fostering an animal is an enriching experience for both the foster family and the pet. Opening your heart and home to a litter or single animal in need can mean a world of difference for that pet! Whether you are fostering a litter of orphaned or unweaned puppies or kittens, or if you open your home to an adult dog or cat that just needs a break from the shelter life we will provide you with everything you need to get started.
HOW do I sign my family up? Simply email foster@westvalleyhumaneso ciety.org.
MEDICAL FOSTERS Occasionally, we have animals that need to be placed in foster for medical treatment. Medical fosters range from upper respiratory to animals recovering from a traumatic injury. If you are experienced in fostering animals that require medical attention, please email today!
